Can you add a note/ gift wrap my items?
All items are nicely packaged and we are happy to ship straight to the giftee with or without a receipt and add a note on your behalf, just leave the info in the note/comment box @ checkout.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order this must be done within a 24 hour period for custom orders, after this time your order will have been started to be made and therefore cannot be cancelled.
How long will delivery take &what shipping company will be used?
Delivery Time *All items are "made when ordered" unless otherwise stated. *"Time to ship" are business days (M-F) and do not include the weekend. Each item has a "time to ship" or processing time, check the product pages for the time it will take to ship. Delivery time is (time to ship) + (shipping time). Once the package has been shipped and is in the possession of USPS, actual delivery time is dependent upon USPS and is out of E.Turner Couture's control. Domestic Shipping: All domestic packages are shipped through USPS Priority Mail with a normal delivery time of 2-3 days. All domestic USPS shipped packages will include detailed tracking information. International Shipping:. Delivery time depends on the country - usually 7 - 16 days, although customs can occasionally delay packages further. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US.
What if I need to expedite shipping?
If your order is needed by a specific time and you have any concerns, please message us through the contact form or chat box before purchasing the item to ensure the time to ship + the delivery time will reach the final destination in your expected time frame. *All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Please make sure you have the correct address for your shipping address. If any package is returned to the seller due to an invalid/undeliverable address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the second shipping payment.
What is your refund policy?
We stand behind our products. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the issue. If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and you will be offered an exchange for that product in the same price range, a store credit or we will make edits to your current item. We do not provide cash refunds, only store credits. The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fees.
